Interactive Workshops

Dynamic, engaging and with clear day to day applications

WHAT DO WE DO IN WORKSHOPS?

These workshops are all about active learning! Each session includes interactive activities that get everyone moving, discovering, and practicing new skills beyond just listening to the presenter. Through a hands-on approach, we dive into science-backed strategies in dance psychology, covering topics such as:

  • Understanding and managing performance anxiety

  • Boosting motivation through skills like goal-setting

  • Building self-confidence in dance

  • Enhancing students’ retention of choreography

  • Using imagery techniques to improve movement quality and precision

WHO ARE THESE WORKSHOPS FOR?

They can be tailored for dance teachers or students and to their specific needs and interests. Suitable for all levels, these workshops blend research-based insights with easy-to-apply tools that make a positive impact in day-to-day dance practice.
